I saw a thread by @roofcleaner about window pricing. He said he didn’t get the window job but got the driveway, roof and sidewalks for $1600+. And I thought to myself that my pricing ideas for pressure washing are probably to low.
I’ve only done a couple driveways so far but I’m wondering if anyone can give any thoughts on how you choose your prices for driveways, roofs and houses. Do you price by sq ft, linear foot?

You may want to take this question to a group on Facebook with mostly PW and roof cleaners. There are several.
I’m member of a few of those groups. For whatever reason it seems like the FB window cleaner cleaner and PW groups aren’t to hip on pricing posts
I have minimums and price points.
You can do the same and it really simplifies things.
As an example:
Minimums or starting at…
1 story house wash $299
2 story: 399
3 story 499
If it’s a complicated 2 story, maybe go 449.
Once you have your Minimums for each job type, then you can put together packages, if you want to run specials.
Don’t over complicate it.

Do you mind if I ask how much you normally charge for the average sized driveway if you do them?
Not a lot of concrete driveways my way, mostly asphalt.
But I’d probably be at $149-199 minimum.
