Would you mind give your thoughts about pricing for pressure washing/soft washing at my thread?

Soft washing/pressure washing pricing

I saw a thread by @roofcleaner about window pricing. He said he didn’t get the window job but got the driveway, roof and sidewalks for $1600+. And I thought to myself that my pricing ideas for pressure washing are probably to low. I’ve only done a couple driveways so far but I’m wondering if anyone can give any thoughts on how you choose your prices for driveways, roofs and houses. Do you price by sq ft, linear foot? Thanks for any input
