Pricing Quotes: What would you charge?

This is a home correct? And based on the photos I’m assuming construction clean up?

Apologies. I hit the send button before I could even type anything.
Yes, it is a construction clean up for home.
What would you charge for photo 1, 2 , 3 internal/external clean? They all have tracks at bottom. Photo 3 also has flyscreen.

Thank you

No worries, for a construction clean up I’d be at about $200 inside and out.

Is that $200 for all windows in my 3 photos complete in/out?

Agreed. Around $200.00. Its always difficult to say exactly with out being able to see how much debris is on the glass.

There was definitely a lot of debris on the multipled framed windows.

Thanks for responding. I’m going to also suss out what others would charge as well to get a ball park figure.

Thanks Luke. Your response is much appreciated:sunglasses::ok_hand:

Yes, $200 for the three photos you put up.

Thanks so much Andrew.

:+1: Good luck!

CCU.
Direct sun.
Tempered glass?

$349
4hrs

Price out OilFlo and Cement OFF too, add accordingly if needed

Hi there,

No tempered glass. Just CCU.
So, you would charge $349 for 3hrs window clean if CCU in direct sun? More for tempered glass?

It’s quite possible that all of that is tempered. Google “tempered glass code (your State)”

Usually sliding doors are tempered, I’d check that out for sure. Anyways I’d be at 225.00 I/O. Much success.

You’re absolutely right. I actually had a closer look and there was a corner stamp on glass which had the standards and mentioned "safety glass":+1:.

Can you use #0000 steel wool on tempered glass, just not a scraper?

Yes #0000 steel wool is fine, scraper can be used but proceed with caution and have a waiver signed if you are going to use one. Not all tempered glass have FD, I come across it here and there. Hope that helps.

Thank you for your response and guidance. Much appreciated😊

Make sure you have the customer sign a scratch waiver. There are so many weird manufacturing debris on glass these days.

Thanks for the advice David👍
