Nice to see how rigid it is.
As we get closer to spring, I’m still trying to figure which pole I want to upgrade with. If any of you WCR guys could do a side by side comparison with all xero micros (extended to show flex), that would be awesome, and extremely helpful!
If you’re just you using it, I’d really encourage the Gold.
The extra pound of weight shaved off makes a big difference and the rigidity is almost as good as the 3k.
A little extra but it’s a pole you’ll love.
You said almost as rigid as 3K? I would need it to be able to perform well at maximum length. Not just 30 feet. Would you still recommend the gold for that?
I would, Jack. But that’s my preference at 50"+. I had a 50’ Gold on the hotel at Branson last year and it was just magnificent!
You could wait for the Xero Destroyer. It will be THE stiffest pole on the planet. Not sure when though…
