With winter right around the corner. What does everybody do during the cold weather months?
We personally have our route work and commercial accounts so it keeps us busy all year round.
Here in WV we actually stay busy with our commercial accounts. Plus year or so ago we actually got into snow removal. So we too stay nice and busy year around.

Winter is coming? Knock it off, I don’t need that kind of negativity. We had three winters already, I’m not looking forward to it again.
The route is enough but slows us down big time in the winter because of all the hills and the long distances we have to go in the snow sometimes. Snow blowers are cheap now, like 50-300 dollars and they go for way more in the winter. Was thinking about buying a few and also hanging with lights on houses for the holidays.

Dude, you can’t talk about winter already. I feel like that’s tempting the phone call gods.
I’m planning to hit up all my residential customers about screen repair and replacement. No ladders on the snow for me.

@Jacob don’t remind me… you live pretty close to me, the winters we have up here are ruthless. Lol.
I am hoping I can get enough store fronts to carry us through. But if not I am licsensed for auto detailing also.

Well i dont know whats going on with us over in Colorado, we have snow on the ground and i have 6 residentials this WEEK lol. i was just planning on expanding my storefront/ rout work, i labeled this entire winter “perfecting the route”. i want to put myself to the edge not being able to handle the amount of monthly route work, and then hire and train my first employee about a month before my residentials start going again in spring.

I absolutely understand how that goes ! I believe reanna and I are truly at our max. We have had a hard time finding good help this past year and cant seem to grow much more while also handling our res too. Our motivation is hitting next years sales goals!
