I wouldn’t say it has better cleaning abilities, dawn does a pretty good job as far as removing grease and dirt. I would say their similar as far as that goes. I like that it’s not a “detergent “ leaves no film on the glass, also it slows down evaporation on the window and bleeding. It’s friendly to your hands and the environment. We just like it over other soaps, of course we do mostly residential too. You can email a Titan Labs and ask for a sample and they will send some to you for free, if you would like to try it.
