We love Glass Gleam 4, that’s just us. Of course we do 95% residential, not much commercial. I think that can make a difference too. I believe it keeps the windows cleaner longer, in fact we were doing a horse farm several times a year and when we started using this after a year they said these windows are staying cleaner longer. We lost one cleaning a year 
because of it, but they were cleaner longer. I’m convinced of it, we can tell and so can the customer. We want the best customer experience so when they can cut back and save but still have clean windows they really appreciate that. We make up for that by more referrals anyways. GG4 isn’t a detergent, does not leave a residue on the glass that can attract dirt, dust and so on. When you wash dishes with dish soap you rinse the dishes with water to get that residue off, how do you do that on a window. You don’t, so that residue stays on there and fills in the pores of the glass. Of course if you do commercial route work, you’re there so often it doesn’t really matter. This is just how we do it, nothing wrong with using dish soap though. Hope that helps.
