What is wrong with my straight pull? Leaving lines

I’ll post a video later of what I mean, but I can’t do a straight pull to save my life. I got a job today and was trying to straight pull it, but it just kept leaving lines. I tried with the Super Channel and the Liquidator. I tilted the channel when I wiped the window and it still happened. I left a dry spot at the top and it still happened. What the heck?

If you post a video a video of your process I’d be happy to help !

Post the video and get some advice.

Tilt the squeegee as you come down, high side toward the wet side of the window (the direction you are going). Water wants to run up your squeegee.

Imagine you’re pulling a snowplow towards you and that will help you envision what I’m talking about.

There is a book by John Baxter, that has an illustration using marbles to describe straight pull angling. If I can find it I’ll try to post it for you. It is good for visual learning types.

Thanks, @M_Lewis.

Maybe you’ll find something helpful here

@Luke, I’ve watched the video several times before I went to a strait full.
