Charge by the pane, not the window. I tell customers that a pane is any pc of glass framed on all sides. And if they want to give me the count, I tell them to count while looking at the house from the outside. It’;s the easiest way to get an accurate count. If they are just sitting in their living room and visualizing the windows in each room, for sure they’re gonna miss a few. From the outside looking at the 4 sides of the house should take 5 mins tops to get an accurate count.
