Hey guys. In this I have a painter that contacted me about pressuring washing his houses for him cause he’s too busy and honestly doesn’t wanna do it. He gave me this first house to bid on to see and was wondering what you guys would charge. Doesn’t have to be 100% clean but gotta be close because of the paint. Haven’t seen it in person but this is google street view

389.00 does not include removal of oxidation if present.

I’d say in the ball park around $400-$425

$500- $600 to prep for paint. Looks like aluminum siding, with some oxidation happening. If you are going to clean it for paint, all this needs to be removed.
