Used a wfp (Unger Hydropwer, hog hair brush) to some windows and client said there were streaks left. There were. Not dirt, though, but white paint. Oil-based paint from last year, I think. It is supposed to vanish over the years (chalking, I guess, is the term here) but I guess the hog hair just speeded the process. Fixed it with extra rinsing, and not messing with the frames any more with the brush.
Are you familiar with this? I saw white water running down but I thought it was pollen or something to that effect.
Search info on oxidation. I hate it! But the guys here have given some great info on how to best deal with it.
