Hey everyone. Would appreciate very much some help pricing some very common commercial windows here. These are pictures from 3 different buildings, bit all similar.
Just trying to get a feel. These are all 2 story buildings (3 stories in rare cases), and range anywhere from 50 to 200 of these types windows. Outsides would be water fed pole. One off-pricing. No strong culture of window cleaning here, so frequency is not a factor. Coastal climate with lots of rain year round. Funny enough, salt does not seem to be a problem here.
How would you price these on a per pane basis outside/inside? Would you price second/third story a little higher per pane?
Just for context, residential here averages $4 per pane/per side including tracks and sill (no screens).
