Do you keep as slim as Luke and Reanna? If so how? What food fuels you for work?

I’ve lost 175 pounds and still have a ways to go. I can tell you it’s simple math. 3,500 calories is one pound. If you lose 500 calories per day, you’ll lose one pound per week. If you take in 200 calories per day you’ll gain one pound in fifteen days. It just depends on that. If you drink pure oil, but lose 500 calories per day then you’ll lose one pound this week… no exception. If you eat an excess of 500 calories of lettuce per day for the next week you’ll gain one pound. Not talking about how you feel or how you’re health will be, just talking about your weight.

Yup, this job is a physical workout, but it saves on having to go the gym at the end of the day😆
