So this past few days I have been on a Tint Removal for a restuarant. I called a auto tint manufacturer and they gave me great advice on removing tint off of plates of glass for reataurants. I purchased lemon scented ammonia from HD, and mixed Dawn, and Warm water in a spray bottle. The ratio is about 3 oz of dawn, a quarter cup of ammonia, and the rest is water in a chemical spray bottle. Spray liquid on tint to coat the window and let sit for 10 minutes. The tint came off and very little scraping afterwards. Finished with mopping the window with soap and lightly scraped of residue.
