I use it and I think its amazing. It takes a very long time to customize everything to suit your own style, but once thats done it flows very smoothly. The best thing for me is the email automation from original contact to invoicing and following up afterwards. If it wasn’t such a pain in the butt to set up an auto sms service here in Australia I would 100 percent do that too with CF.

Currently I’m using the knowledge base which I’m impressed with. I like how it’s written.
