I hope you are joking. No one builds a proper route in weeks. Not even me. 
Building a route from nothing is all about persistence and relentlessness. Think in terms of 2-years. Not weeks. I built a 5-day 45 hour commercial route in 1 1/2 years, for your reference.
If you want this to be your full time job, it will not happen in weeks.
