Got some gutter cleaning jobs completed which wasn’t the easiest of jobs. I secured those jobs from a real estate agent I made contact with.

Week 3 has consisted of glass time and helping my wife canvass. We have been experimenting with asking the business owner if they know anyone who also owns a small retail business who might need our services for exchange of one free cleaning. We just started asking yesterday and have developed 4 warm leads. Basically have the owner call and introduce us and then get contact info and follow up with in 24 hrs while the iron is hot. Just trying to think outside the box. But from day one our mission hasn’t changed. We are hustling getting kicked in the face but still loving every minute of it getting to the next yes.

Regardless of our thoughts on Fish, I tried to get as much information on what the franchise expects of their sales force. I came across a article about this process and basically the map out an area for say two to three weeks until they build a route up to $350 then move to the next neighborhood to repeat the cycle. Then they will go back to the first location to add to the $350. Basically they cover every inch of that territory not skipping one business and following up. Eventually building a tight route .
