Does anyone have an insight into how to target homes or businesses?
Do you go for the upscale, gated community, museum style homes that you’re afraid to move to fast for fear of breaking things? Do you go for the home that has rats scurrying across the floor? Where do you look and how do you get your homes?
What about businesses? I know you just need to get out and talk to people, but how do you target the places you’re going to talk to? I’ve heard strip malls, but also heard no strip malls. I’ve heard chain restaurants, but also heard no chain restaurants. How high or low quality do you go for? Does anyone have any insight on how to get a place that the decision is made by someone who isn’t there much or does anyone have any insight to where to get multiple stores?
