I’d say before you even get started your mind set has to be on point. If you’re having a bad day or just not feeling it , it will show . I’d spend days like that planning or strategizing for sales

I know as iv had to do so much canvassing in my roofing business, when i’min a bad mood,stressed or feeling down. I can never seem to win jobs. They see it all over my face.
I would love to hop on a call with you at some point, the window cleaning is going to take time. I had a lot of problems starting out. There are things I am still learning. This will sound very backwards. But if the stress, frustration or you feeling down is coming from the job, push a little bit more than what you usually do. Don’t think of it as just getting the job, think of it as you are trying to get to know people in a pure and genuine way. Also, I bring up closing people a lot. Sometimes a close isn’t what finishes the deal, but rather explaining the outcome of a situation to the person you are pitching to. Focus on the person and their feelings. Asking qualifying questions actually shows you are interested in their feelings as well. “What did you like about your last window cleaning service?” “What did you not like or enjoy the last time you had a person cleaning for you?” “What are you hoping to achieve with clean windows?”
I know it sounds counter productive, however when you feeling like you are losing (happens to me still) everything turns around when something goes your way. I don’t know about you, but when I am just doing everything I can while prospecting and its going well, it actually motivates me to keep grinding during prospecting. If you are prospecting for say 2 hours in a day and nothing is going your way, do an extra hour on top of that. You might be surprised what happens.
If the issues are not coming from the job, I wouldn’t be the best person to talk to about how to deal with it off the job. However, worrying will do nothing to improve your situation of becoming successful and it will keep you very busy doing nothing.
