I have a scenario I could be getting into on a bid. Residential customer wants inside windows cleaned. They informed me they are smokers, should steel wool take off the film with no additional work?

Idk could offend them if you charge more. I’d submit a quote and then when you get started see how bad it is. Also try using some phosphate free tsp. You can pick some up at lowes. Will cut right through it. Add just a teaspoon per gallon of water and man it’s awesome. It’s also great for adding slip.

Thank you for the advice. I actually have some of that tsp in the garage. But not sure if it is phosphate free, I will definitely take this and apply to my arsenal. This group is awesome!
