What is your experience working with 3rd party Facility management companies for commercial jobs? Have you found it to be profitable or more hassle than its worth? we have done some in the past for Vera Bradley, Fossil and some others.
Every company is different. If a company can keep you busy, pay you on time and not be a complete hassle, then great! I highly recommend written contracts/ agreements to at least have expectations of both parties in writing. Also to cover yourself.
I think as a whole most pay to little and take way to long to pay and have no loyalty.
