Does anyone have a copy of their scratch waiver?

I’ve seen a few of them, but the ones I see specify it’s for tempered windows. This seems to be a bad deal when you could be on the safe side and just make it a “scratch waiver” instead of a “scratch waiver on tempered glass”.
