Rinse bars

I’m thinking about getting a tucker rinse bar to go on my brush.

Is this something I would use to replace my brush jets?

Can I rinse with the brush resting on the glass using a bar?

How much water pressure do I need to have it work effectively? (Typically I’m seeing between 40-50, but I also have a booster pump.)

It depends on the application. Sometimes you might use the jets, sometimes the rinse bar.

Yes, you can leave the brush on the glass when you rinse.

If you have a booster, you’ll be more than fine.

This is my personal feelings after using one and talking to lots of people using it. Most people do not understand that the rinse bar is not for rinsing with the brush off the glass. To get enough flow to do that you are using to much water and that is costly. It was designed to help rinse better on hydrophobic windows to replace the fan jets we used for years. I still find the pencil jets to work very effectively in 95% of my applications. The rinse bar is great for hydrophobic glass and can save you time in rinsing but please leave the brush on the glass.
