I’ve watched many many videos on construction clean up and all of it seems pretty straight forward. However, we have the chance to bid on some 3 story row homes, all next to eachother, that are post construction, and the problem or concern of mine is the height of the windows.
I attached a photo of the job from google street view (the construction is all finished at this time). I only have access to a 2010 Ford Transit Connect with a ladder rack on top. I am not sure what the maximum length of ladder I can fit on there safely. Aside from that, I’m not sure if the height of those windows should be done while using a ladder. I could always steel wool them using an extended pole, but scraping them properly would be the problem, I assume.
If you, this great community, can’t tell – I am a new business who JUST started soliciting business 2 days ago, I know it shows.
There are several options for you. Most of the cleanup will be on the inside with stickers. Also those windows crank out so you can do most from the inside. If you do not have a wfp you can use sectional ladders 4 sections will reach those. Or a extension ladder 32 ft will work. Both will fit in or on your van. You will need these items for cc if you do not already have.

Is renting a lift out of the question? Or maybe there is one on site you could possible use?
I considered it, it would cost about 300 dollars for one day. I priced the job around 1120. It included some pressure washing. I later found out the windows were cleaned once already approximately 3 months ago. I figured this to be about 12-15 hours worth of work.

Might make your job alittle easier. The. Again it might not.
If you’ve only been at this for two days there is no way I would attempt this job. The ccu and the height makes this a big kid job, I think you would be saving yourself a lot of frustration and danger by letting this one pass you by.
