Refunds - What's your policy?

Do you refund a whole job, or the part in question?

Do you go back and try to fix the issue first?

Do you ever have people who clearly just don’t want to pay? How do you handle that?

How often do you need to give a refund?

I recleaned anything that get rained on within 3days…

I prequalify and point everything to make sure that i dont lose money… After all, i did the work after they agree to it.

I do usually don’t garantee anything or use that lable.

How do you pre-qualify?

When you say point everything, do you mean point things out?

I’m assuming you mean with residential but this should be the same with commercial too. When I’m getting started with a new client, communication is key. If they seem concerned about my quality of work before they hire I point them to my 5star reviews and tell them if they feel at any point that I’m not doing a good job, they can ask me to pack up and go and I’ll only charge for the small amount of work that I’ve done.

I will not refund anything!
If any complaints, I will come back to reinspect, if the complaint is legitimate or just easy enough to fix and keep a repeat client, then I’ll redo my work. I’ve really only had to offer this once though, and it was a filthy rental house. One of the dirtiest I’ve cleaned.

Yeah prequalify meaning point anything that has preexisting damages such scratch, blowout, etc. Prequalify the lvl of dirtiness/debris as well.

Never refund anything that you did the work…but try and fix if it something you missed or a problem that wasn’t your fault but easy enough to clean…

What jacksmack said is good too.
