Question about pole work

When you’re using a pole on a high window, such as a window on the second story of a business, how do you close out? I mean you can lift the pole above your head all day, but you’re not going to be able to shove the soap into the edge of the window.

The angle of the squeegee is the key. There are tools like the ledge ez and zero degree handles and contour pro for this.

@SteveO would be the one to ask. He’s got video footage and explanation that may help you out. If this is what your referring too.

I was actually watching some videos of his, trying to get advice. I didn’t know he was a part of this site.

@SteveO, do you have or know of any videos that can outline it a little more?

Maybe this one…Window Cleaning 24ft pole work with Ettore double bend ledg - YouTube

Hey!! So, double bend ledger with sorbo quicksilver channel will be your best option for high pole work, here is a bunch of videos of me using them

Thank @SteveO

Always nice to see you post in here

@SteveO, Thanks a bunch man. I appreciate, but I can’t even use a pole to straight pull windows that are three foot above my head without leaving a ton of water lines when I’m done. I thought it was the rubber, but then I changed the rubber in my channel and it still did it to me.

Ledger is the way to go with pole work! Still not that fun to do, WFP for me
