Have a request to do these windows. Fairly dirty due to construction inside, tell me what you think

Any one time or first time cleaning if they aren’t hiring regular clean, i would charge min regardless which is $125.00 as well.

Our minimum is 125.00 too, so that’s where we’d be at.
We would probably come in around the $150 mark for one side of glass.

I found the suggested prices very high. (yes I am new, and no I am not Bucket Bob) But let me ask you this please. If it is not the first time being cleaned, what would the charges be then?
If it weren’t the first time and it fell on a maintenance cleaning (let’s say monthly to keep it simple) I would be comfortable taking this account for $35-$45 for exterior only & somewhere around $65-$75 for inside and out. And this pricing is 100% based on our area and the quality of service we deliver so just remember this is what I would price but everyone has their own way of doing things. Honestly man the suggested price of $125-$150 is fair and square for a construction cleaning when you factor in paying for insurance, taxes, your equipment, your time and most importantly the LIABILITY that is associated with using razors, not saying you would scratch the glass but using a razor comes with a waiver and etc. Hope this helps!
Another thing I consider is time… maintenance on a monthly basis doing just exterior would take 10-15 mins and inside and out should take 30mins give or take.
