Just a tip, with you mentioning spending a month on it (not sure if you really expect it to go that long) make sure you can float without pay in the meantime or get paid weekly on it. That’s a crazy huge job for one guy though, I usually work by myself and I would love to land one that big but I just might kill myself trying to get it done in a timely manner. Best of luck to ya!
