It was from a local janitorial company, and we are subs for the window cleaning. Working with janitorial companies can be very lucrative

Hence why I refuse any sub work

Ill take any sub work only if the pay is 100% mine and i get to keep the clients.

Why would you refuse sub work? We charge the exact same and have a contract with the company that’s extremely lucrative. We do tons of inside large buildings that’s easy work. Sub work is great!!

Just a personal preference.

No it is not. Sub work is time spent working for another company when you could be spending that time canvassing for your own work.

Sub work (while profitable) has no value. You can’t sell it.

You are better off rejecting all sub-c work, and getting your own jobs. You end up with an asset that you can continue profiting from, or selling to someone else.
