Anyone here service Poplar Bluff, MO?
Somehow, someone looking for window cleaning in that area found me in Northeast Tennessee. this is a maintenance management company based out of Texas servicing Ross stores for window cleaning. I’m gonna try them out with three locations in my area but they originally called me for this area in Missouri. Let me know if you service this area, I could possibly get you set up with the company if you want.
They’ve called us too. We actually go to Poplar Bluff, we clean the Menards right next to it. We’re not really that interested in it, I don’t like going through companies like that. Did you get the three stores?
We turn down almost all maintenance companies now. Its just a headache. Plus usually dosent pay well either.
I actually got four stores. The pay is a bit less than what I would usually want for my time involved but when this came up, I figured it would be nice to add on some for the winter. They pay $100 each so if it keeps working out, I should get $400 a month from these, that’ll help out over the winter while residential is down. Usually, I would turn down these companies too, just trying this one out.
Yeah. They told us that’s what this one would pay. I’m glad it’s working out though, hope it continues.
