Update: Turned out to be simple error instead of window cleaner’s Omerta
so the complaint is out of date.

So last May I bought a hybrid brush from WCR. This May one of the jets came loose - and I emailed Shawn at RHG - and WCR too. It bugged me because the brush had seen light use and I’ve never had that happen with other - it must be said - cheaper brands.
No response was given from manufacturer or supplier - just as the 1 year warranty period expired.
All I wanted was a recommendation that didn’t involve a packet of superglue - I told both of them that I wasn’t even looking for a replacement brush block.
Now I understand most of the readers are affiliated with both of these firms but this is a shabby way to do business. I imagined there existed a professional fix or recommendation other than throwing the brush into the bin or doing a permanent glue-up - and I’m sure that exists but I’m also a lot less sure I want to be giving money to Tucker or WCR.
I apologize that we missed that we do stand behind our product. As Luke said it’s a pretty easy fix those jets can be just tapped in using a rubber mallet. There are a few videos on YouTube. Can you resend that email to me. John@windowcleaningresource.com
Since it’s just an error - I can forgive it and move on - though I would ask you to redact my name out of the comment and screenshot. As I said - wasn’t looking for free gear.
Sure, these are easy mistakes to make - I’m not trying to pin more crimes on Jordie. In the case of names it’s almost cultural since most people even use them in their email addresses but it’s alien pre-social networking generation. If you recall people were nicer when they were dogs talking to cats in cyberspace or whatever.
