I’ve always done window cleaning for friends and family and over time it became something I loved to do so making a business was a slam dunk. Or so I thought. I’ve been able to lock in a couple car dealerships and a few residential customers via social media but I feel stuck and not knowing what I need to do to grow my business. The videos are amazing don’t get my wrong I’ve considered you both my unofficial parents when it comes to learning the trade. I have no clue about SA contracts, if you set up recurring auto draft payments, or just bill once the job is complete, or how to contact business that are not mom and pop shops. Is there any advice or steps that you would be willing to share? I’ve been in sales for 15 years but its just being able to get face to face that’s one of the issues for me.
