I’d start with traditional equipment first. We put our own kit together on wcr .https://shopwindowcleaningresource.com/luke-the-window-cleaner-basic-kit.html

My wife had some one ask her to do their windows so I went along to help and really enjoyed it. Plus I have worked for other people my whole life and believe it’s time to try my own business. Also the area I am in is blowing up with stripmalls and new businesses and new homes seems like a good time to start.

Absolutely!

Luke,
Love your videos and the tips you offer to newbies. What advantage is there in upgrading from Unger SS Channels with notches & Unger Ergo Tech XL handles to an Unger Ergo Tech Ninja Squeegee Handle with Unger Ergo Tech Channels ?
Thanks,

Hey there @Pete1848! Thanks man :sunglasses:

Well for commercial glass we prefer wide body channels and for residential standard channels. So it all depends on what you are wanting to use them for.

The wide bodies aren’t as accurate as a standard channel but allow for more pressure to be delivered evenly through out the channel thus minimizing skips.

This is the kit I got to start along with some traditional window cleaning tools I previously had from my janitorial business.
