New to WFP

Hey, this year I’m adding WFP to my business and trying to keep it all in about a $1000-$1200 budget. I’ve got some ideas on what I need to buy but I need some experienced opinions to help me through the process. So far this is what I think I need:

basic Xero 1/2cf DI
Xero Pro basic carbon fiber 30ft
Tucker hybrid brush w/ rinse bar
Bronze wool pad tool
maybe a univalve

Is there a better way to go about all of this? I’m open to any advice.

Welcome tshum21. Feedback that is helpful is dependent on what your needs are. Do you do any 2 or 3 story work? If so, you’ll need more than a 30’ pole.
Check your area TDS readings for DI tank only. Also, getting started you might be able to rent a DI tank. There is a service around that drop-off fresh DI tanks to Dealerships. You can get on their route and just exchange tanks monthly. That may be helpful starting out. Once you get comfortable with equip grow and build and buy more.
We have a univalve on our 40’ pole and it is great. We also have just an on/off valve on our small Tucker pole and it is just fine for residential 1 and 2 story quick work.
You will enjoy WFP work and what it can do for your business. Xero, Tucker and Gardiner all make good products. The bronze wool pad is a must have. You will need it on new customer cleans but as you do repeat clients you’ll find that just the brush will be sufficient in most cases thereafter.

I am also evaluating buying a WPF but unfortunately the XERO provider does not send to Chile …
With how advanced the world is, these things still happen.
