Neighborhood card/flyer

Does anyone have an example of a neighbour card or flyer that you leave when you’ve finished up a residential property? I’ve had pretty good results simply knocking on their doors, but obviously people aren’t always home.

I designed branded sticky notes and had them printed. They say we clean windows at the top and have my company info at the bottom with grid paper in the middle.

Once I run out of these, I’ll put a stronger call to action on the next version.

Hey haven’t brought any business yet, but it’s more about brand awareness and being seen in the neighbourhood.

Anyway, when I’m in the neighborhood (cleaning windows) I’ll usually stick these to the front doors.

They’re really good, don’t leave a residue, don’t stick too hard, but resist the wind.

Next time, I want an incentive and a call to action on it. $20 off or something, but they have to keep the coupon.

Have these sticky notes themselves got you 1 job yet? I can’t see them working at all. Seriously , there is no better than brand awareness than a stand out logo and business cards and an ecard to post on Facebook posts… a lot cheaper and more effective I think

We use sticky notes like that as well. Had large ones made with our logo.

Ours says “sorry we missed you” and our contact info. We use them only for when we arrive at a clients home and they weren’t there. Adds a nice personal touch and shows that we were actually there lol.

We dont use them a lot but they do come in handy.

I use them to have a visible presence in the neighbourhoods I’m in. I think it’s better than no presence. The price is like 1 cent per piece.

Where they really shine is I give A couple pads to paying customers. When I return to their places, I often see them using them. People love the graph paper.

I also do online marketing. This is just another fishing pole.
