Like Luke said, figure out your price per pane then just multiply it by the number of pieces of glass regardless if it is one of the narrow/skinny ones or one of the doors. A pane is a pane is a pane. Some guys go with $1 per pane per side. I charge $1.25 per pane, but I also use a water fed pole so it goes a lot quicker. I would charge more for the 3rd level panes though since you may need a ledger tool to properly close those out with a pole and those are going to take some extra time.
