Need help with an estimate for a Spa

The owner wants all the windows done at his business which consist of 43 Large, 12 Medium and 13 skylights where I would need to use a ladder to access the roof. This looks like an initial clean situation due that he has not had it done before and construction around his business has made the exterior of the windows pretty dirty. I included the front of the spa to show what the large and medium windows look like. I also attempted to get a close up of a window to show the degree of dirtiness.

If there’s construction debris, get a scratch waver signed. I’d make sure your insurance is in order too. Not trying to scare you. Just make sure you have yourself covered.

If it hasn’t been cleaned since construction, it might be 3 times the price because it’ll take 3 times as long. You often have to clean a window 3 times with scrubbing to get it done.
