Need estimate help

Hi luke my name is abel i am from New Jersey. Thinking of getting into the winds cleaning business. Lately i been watching your yt videos. You are very informative, like your tips and techniques. I use to work for a cleaning company where we had work orders cleaning bank windows, very straight forward cleaning, no perfection, just poles. Now i need your advise. My wife cleans homes and she has a customer that wants her windows clean, if not mistaken i see you charge 7 per window. I counted 55 windows, she wants them in and out, all of them can be clean from the inside which is good. On top of a two pane win has small winds which i counted as one win with the lower wind. They all screens, need to ask if she wants them clean. inside there are furniture that has to be move. I am sending you pics maybe you get a different count and what would you advice me to charge. Its a mansion .Thank you in advance for your help

Hey buddy! Glad you guys enjoy the videos !

We are at $8.00 in and out for the window cleaning and $2.00 per sill and $2.00 per screen. The transits I’d charge probably $4.00 per window.

So based off the windows in these 2 photos I would be in the ballpark of 320.00 I would guess around 500-600 for the entire home.

Luke the winds are doble hung windows they tilt from the inside. Should i use squeegee/washer or amonia free windex with microfiber cloth. The winds looks clean. Trying to see which way is faster. Once we had to clean 8x4 interior wind inside a bank, they wanted with windex. Thanks in advance

Not speaking for @Luke but I would use a squeegee and washer with your choice of soap. It will go a lot faster, remember to wipe your edges, detailing is important on house windows, they don’t have them done to regular so you want them near perfect if you can.

I agree with @SimplyCleanKentucky.

I wouldn’t tilt them in at all. Could get drips on the inside. I think a washer and squeegee would do a much better job.

If i had a dollar for every time i said…it dosent look that bad. And then turned into a nightmare

What would you all be at on price with this commercial job, inside and out. Standard window cleaning, no CCU. Very competitive, commercial wise in my area and I do 95% residential, so want to get this one close as I can. I did this job about 10 years ago. Thanks.

Very competitive price…I’d say at least $1,500.

Looks pretty straight forward though. Wfp?

Did it 1150 10 years ago. Yeah WFP is what I figured. Didn’t do that last time, got started on WFP 7 years ago. I laddered up on it, I should save time this time around.

Was that the last time it was cleaned?

Yes, they are pretty bad. Thier more concern on the inside, it’s smokey on the inside. Outside bottoms has hard water, but said price would not include that.

Idk then… always different quoting through pictures. I’d say 1500 maybe a 500 initial clean fee?

I know, they said their not worried about any hard water. But I don’t think that will be the case after we say we’re done! You know how that goes, “what’s all this all over the glass” we usually do it the way we know it will look great, but they won’t pay for that. So…not sure on this one, we’ll see. Thanks for your thoughts.
