More toys!

My first TM with2002 Savana gmc g2500 will be using it primarily for tile and Grout, and urine work. Still prefer commercial vlm job for any carpet cleaning. Will install ladder rack and more hanging accessories for my window cleaning equipment.

Now i need to save about $1500 so i can build pure water system to fill up 50 gallon tank with pure water so i can use it for superior floor cleaning and wfp system. Maybe this year…

I don’t really get it.

Are you a window cleaner or a carpet cleaner?

Lol! You should try filtered water in your van to clean interior windows with that thing!

Cool, I do window cleaning and pressure washing, so I guess I am both as well. May just be not as common for someone to do carpet cleaning and window cleaning???

Is one your main, and is the other an add on?

For example, my window cleaning is 4 days a week so pressure washing is an add on to fill the 5th day.

The first company I worked for in this industry featured mostly window cleaning, and carpet cleaning. With a two man crew, we would usually do both in the same day. Then we did water damage restoration and mold remediation in addition to those.

Windows and carpets go great together! I just wish I had the equipment for carpets now.

My primary focus commercial cleaning. I am a glorified janitor… i do custodial, windows and floor care. When i got started, i was janitorial that grew into both window and carpet cleaning. So now my mom and wife does the jani, while i do lots window and floors. I typically do comerrcial windows early in morning at 5 to 10am then rest of day carpets then evening janitorials(which i dont do as much) i rather clean carpets in evening as well with an OP

Sweet! I’ve used a buffer to agitate commercial carpet but never done encapsulation. That’s pretty impressive!
