Please tell me you tied that extension ladder to the tree when you were doing the WFP of the top exterior. Please think safety over money. You can’t make any money from a hospital bed.

Video looks good, the music is a bit detracting though. Please remember that I used to teach post-production, so I am offering the same critiques and advice I would to one of my students. Just trying to nudge you to get better, not in any way putting down your effort. It sounds like you had to loop a section a few times and then let it play through at the end. The drums at 0:20 and 0:30 have a tempo drop that gabs my attention away from your images. You want your music to subtlety support your images and not pull your attention away. Do an online search for royalty-free mp3s and you can get something that will fill under that without having to loop. Additionally, youtube has a royalty free music library if you load your video into their “studio” page and then you can keep editing. I like the intro graphics and audio clip. I think it is the right amount of engaging. What did you use for that?

Yes! I strapped the ladder at the top and secured the feet to the deck. I couldn’t drop it if I wanted to. And I wore a climbing belt that I could easily hook up to the top. Otherwise I wouldn’t have been working with both hands on a pole at the top of a ladder with a 20’ drop to the ground level.

Your criticism is fine, I appreciate “constructive” criticism from anyone.

The problem I’m having with music is all the clips I’m finding only run for a set time, how do you get your clips to cover the length of a video without clipping it?

Okay good. I couldn’t tell from the angle of the camera, and to be honest it would be something I would have done, so…

purple-planet.com has music that runs for more than 1 minute on average, and some are actually labeled with (L) to designate the ones that can be looped easily. All of their mp3’s are free as long as you credit them in the description of the video on youtube. Another site is Digital Juice, which has a HUGE library of royalty free music and sound fx, but you have to purchase the lifetime licensing for $150.
