I’m only 4 months into this, but my brief experience near Tampa, FL has been Google works the best since lets admit it (most people just google what they want). Facebook is OK, but it’s just planting seeds for later because you need people to like your page, and maybe eventually they will call you unlike google where they click on your page or call now. I even threw an ad on “letgo”, but no luck yet since I don’t think people seeking a “luxery” service use that a lot. I did land a couple homes just by knowing a local real estate agent so that seems valuable to know people. My friend in south Carolina loves home adviser but $200/month for so-so leads doesn’t feel solid to me. Does anyone know specifically how to land office buildings or restaurants? Is it as easy as walking in with a nice looking quote, and a handshake?
