I am only able to see one picture and it won’t allow me to zoom in at all, but from the wide image it appears that there might be a slight haze on the glass from the cement above dripping down. You may need to do more scrubbing than a basic window cleaning, which means you would charge more.

What area are you in? Some regions are able to charge more per pane for commercial than others. I think Luke charges $3-$4 per pane for his normal commercial work, my area I can only do $1-1.50 per pane per side.

Also need to know if this is going to be WFP or Traditional cleaning to give an accurate opinion.
Otherwise, whether it is a Doctor’s office or a strip mall or restaurant, all of my ground level commercial work is the same price per pane.

Thanks for your reply. I am also confused on multi-pane windows…such as

Best way to find out your price is maybe clean one small section while you’re doing your bid and just divide that by what your hourly rate is. I’m assuming you’re new to the industry? Once you’re in business for a few years you will be able to just eyeball jobs when it comes to bidding.

Yes I’m new. And still trying to understand pricing, I see a lot of potential work in my area and I want to make sure I’m pricing right to get business and grow business.
