Leaving a S on the glass

Hey community I wanted to say i completed my modification for the slimline channel with the fliq pad. Its been really helping my efficiency. Here is my question why do I leave a S on the glass as I can down it? Could this be my technique or the amount of gg4 or glide or even soap. Its drying without a streak but I just wanted to know is this normal? I swear all the videos are the best at hiding it if it is normal.

It could be a combination of a few things. Nicked rubber, the squeegee is not angled enough and or too much water.

I’d be willing to bet it could be the angle. I do have them here and there and typically they do dry without any problems. When fanning down with the tool try to remember that all the same principles of hand tools apply. Let me know if that helps at all.

Thanks I will apply these tips I was going to change my rubber. You are right though it dries clear with no problem but wanted to ask because I don’t see it in anyone’s videos.

That’s sometimes the down side to the videos. The camera dosent always pick up those little things.
