What would you price this at? Customer wants a quarterly cleaning 3 outside only and once inside
What’s your pricing system? If we do the quoting for you it wouldn’t be of much help to you. You have to determine your starting point per window.
I would do a first time clean price regardless. People at times say they want to do it often then don’t but you give them a discount thinking they are going to do it more often. Get it in writing with an simple agreement.

Hey thanks for the input, I usually give discounts on storefronts when they want it done twice a month but none on houses. Too much work in one sitting.
