If you’re only doing this part time, I suggest just not taking on a job where you need to set up a ladder inside. I haven’t had to set up a ladder inside yet and I almost never get on ladders period. Use a pole to access higher windows indoors and be very careful with it.
I have a 17’ little giant ladder which fits in the passenger side front seat of my corolla folded up. I like it a lot.
