Hey everyone! So I just bought myself my first WFP kit including a Blacknight 39’ carbon pole and a Hydrobox RO/DI system. My question is, how exactly does Filter change work? Apparently there is a 3 step system where there’s one filter that should be changed every 2 years, another that is once a month, and last is the resin that is changed as soon as the TDS level goes of 10. Can anyone explain to me what’s what and how to tell when one needs changing and the frequency please?

I purchased it from WCS in Quebec and they were great to explain, I just figured I’d get a written explanation on here to get better understanding of the machine. As for the actual function of the machine, I understand how it works and will be trying it for the first time tomorrow morning, I would just need more information on the filter change schedule and which filters need changing. You guys are some really good and experienced window cleaners and even though I have been in the business for 3 years, I have a lot to learn from you guys and WFP is brand brand new for me!
