Now for the fun stuff- I just jumped from cleaning tech to cleaning tech/office manager and Im looking for some input on business software! we currently use a combination of Jobber, Mailchimp, and quickbooks for financials. I am comfortable using Jobber, but Im intrigued by what I hear about Housecall Pro. Has anyone used Jobber and made the switch to Housecall Pro or if you have any input on the topic it would be much appreciated.
I currently use Infusionsoft for automated email marketing and landing page design. You can make unlimited landing pages and also unlimited marketing campaigns. Combined with Facebook ads, I been getting quite a few hot leads weekly that just want the service immediately. They are going to be talking about invoicing/billing tomorrow.
Only downside is, you can only input 500 contacts with the $99/month version but all the other tools if marketing with a great offer will pay you well in the long run. The trial is $49/month, currently loving it.
Housecall Pro felt a little bulky to me but I liked the assigning jobs feature, and dispatching. The invoicing is the only thing I’m using it for other than that at the moment.
We use Housecall Pro for our crm and quickbooks online for our bookkeeping. They integrate perfectly. I have not used jobbers before but I can answer any specific questions you have in regards to HCP.
