SteveO, your comment on speed is spot on. I am a bricklayer by trade and if there was any trade that boasts about speed that would be up near the top!
My mentors used to look like they were just cruising along and taking it easy all day but the reality was they were getting more than enough bricks in and they were the best masons on the team (best ability AND quality). As an apprentice it took me a while to work this out but now I approach any work I do with the āsteadyā mind set.
Thereās also the saying āif you donāt have time to do it properly now, when will you find the time to fix it?ā 
Good video buddy. I try to tell new guys the samething. A yotube channel isnt something Iād want to add if youāre just starting.
I donāt know how you guys keep up with YouTube, I had an awesome day of cleaning a big Country Clubhouse and thought it would be great to get some WFP pics to put up for ads and I get back home and realize the one and only pic I took was of a broken frame that I foundā¦Still a good day though!
