Was wondering if anyone has gone to a mostly paperless setup in thier trucks for estimates/invoices? Just starting using iPads for estimates and wanted to find a good mobile printer for the truck

We try to stay paperless, but if the client wants a paper invoice we have a 2 piece carbon copy made at fedex.

We are totally paperless with Invoice2go and Aworka. Use phones and IPads.

Paperless here as well I use freshbooks for all my invoices and estimates. Works great and excellent customer service
Luke does housecall allow customers sign on the invoicing. We do some commercial accounts for a corporate office and they need to have a signature after the work is completed. Thanks

Plus you can send it there on the spot too. I just finished noting details of this very thing on all our accounts for our employee.
