I’d built a spreadsheet that had a cost per item listed based on the time in minutes it takes multiplied by my company’s minute rate.
That way, if I realize it’s taking longer to clean a screen, I could adjust the time and it would sort out the price.
My end goal was to create an app so it was dead simple for people pricing for me.
Now I’m on the customer factor and it has similar functionality.
I could see this app working really well as a web app on your website having a customer facing side so they can price their own jobs.
I’ve been learning JavaScript with the goal of learning SQL right after so I could do something like this eventually too.
